Vineyard Fior d'Arancio 1 Boschetto

The Fior d'Arancio vineyards at Podere Boschetto grow slowly. The soil, which is particularly challenging to cultivate, naturally limits the yield, producing only a few loose, highly aromatic grape clusters, ideal for making sweet wines. Some of the grapes destined for our Colli Euganei Fior d'Arancio DOCG Passito come from these vineyards.

After being harvested into small crates, the grape clusters are quickly taken to the winery, where they undergo a careful hand selection. Only perfectly healthy and intact bunches are chosen for the drying process.
