Vineyard Pinella 1 Aganoor

After a series of small-scale trials, the first of which yielded just three bottles, we decided to plant this (and other) Pinella vineyards. Pinella is an ancient white grape variety known for its pronounced acidity and savouriness. Its late ripening allows it to maintain balance even in the warmest and driest sites, while keeping alcohol levels moderate. For this reason, we have chosen to increase its cultivation at Podere Aganoor, today one of the most challenging estates to manage from an agronomic point of view.
