The Vineyard Cabernet 4 at Aganoor Estate looks almost like a painting. It can be reached by following a country track or crossing a small wooded area, made up of a few trees and numerous shrubs. The view opens onto the valley, and the colour of the soil changes as you move along: from white to red, the limestone marl strongly characterizes this sedimentary soil. The landscape is clean and open; the limited availability of water results in sparser vegetation, while the richness of organic matter in the soil gives concentration and savoury notes to the grapes grown here.
