Uve Bianche
Vineyard Bianco Forestana
A small open-air museum, accessible via a panoramic dirt road. This vineyard hosts all the Euganean white grape varieties, including the oldest ones, sometimes with only two specimens per type. The old-fashioned planting features irregular distances among rows and vines, interspersed with oaks and fruit trees. In the past, different plants were planted to protect the vineyards from landslides, common on Mount Venda due to the presence of springs. With an average age of about 60 years, the vineyard offers a limited but highly interesting production, benefiting from a natural water supply that helps it endure even the driest years. A place to respect and preserve, where history and nature intertwine, giving life to a wine of great authenticity.
