Vineyard fior d'Arancio Boschetto

The Fior d'Arancio vineyard at Boschetto Estate grows very slowly. It produces few sparse and tasty grapes, suitable for making passito wines. From here come some of the grapes we use for our Fior d'Arancio DOCG Colli Euganei Passito.
Harvested in boxes, the bunches are quickly brought to the cellar for manual selection
