The Vineyard Cabernet 2 at Aganoor Estate is the perfect example of girapoggio cultivation, from which our Cabernet from the Zanovello Selections takes its name. The rows are arranged along the contour lines of the land, following the natural shape of the sloping terrain. This reduces erosion and promotes the vine’s uptake of water and nutrients, while also ensuring more even ripening among the plants.
