Classic Tasting

The Classic Tasting is a guided tour through origins, culture, scents and flavours surprising for the countless facets that our territory gives us.

The tasting includes 5 wines paired with a fine selection of cheese, bread or artisanal breadsticks. During the journey you will be guided in tasting the wines, you will be able to learn about the history of the company, the production philosophy and the winemaking techniques used.
To enrich the experience, our organic extra-virgin olive oil, produced from the olive trees that surround our vineyards.

“Wine in Black”: blind tasting

For those who want to approach wine in a funny and curious way, ‘Wine in Black’ is the right experience. How much does sight influence us when we talk about wine? After a brief introduction, we will help you listen to the sensations hidden in black glasses through the use of taste and smell alone. At the end, of course, we will reveal the wines tasted.

The tasting “Wine in Black” includes 7 different wines in 3 rounds with the aim of paying attention to the aromas and sensations that are found in the glass. The tasting is accompanied by bread or breadsticks.

Tasting Author’s Proofs

Author’s Proofs is a project that grew out of our desire to experiment in both the countryside and the winery. These are small and unique production batches that represent our methods of working with the territory and some old varieties taking into account the changing climate. For us, Author’s Proofs mean sharing our efforts and experiments, telling you about insights and perspectives, creating opportunities for knowledge and free discussion.

During the tasting you will be guided through each specific project and experiment and tasting 5 wines from the available Author’s Proofs.
The tasting is paired with a fine selection of cheese with artisanal bread and breadsticks and a taste of our organic extra-virgin olive oil.

Tasting Old Vintages

Our wines do not rush. They slowly and gradually change as the years pass by virtue of aging vines, changing climate and the evolution of our techniques and research. They behave in the peculiar way of all good things: by going slow, they go far.

In order to share with you this evolution, we kept some old vintages of our best bottles over time and we invite you to an interesting tasting: 3 labels of Zanovello Selections for a total of 6 wines in tasting between whites and reds. We will compare the current vintage with an older vintage of the same wine to best grasp its evolution, complexity and potential. An exercise in discovering the value of waiting and the emotions that time can capture within a glass.
The tasting is paired with a fine selection of cheese with artisanal bread and breadsticks and a taste of our organic extra-virgin olive oil.
