Open Cellars on Saint Martin's Day
A weekend of guided tastings
On the occasion of "Open Cellars on Saint Martin's Day" (Cantine Aperte a San Martino), we propose a unique tasting experience. The protagonist will be the Black Muscat, a rare and ancient variety that, after much wandering, has found its ideal terroir in Sicily. We will tell you about its ups and downs, our experiments and the results we have achieved, up to our latest project: a label shared with the Valdibella Agricultural Cooperative, a local company driven by our same values.
We look forward to welcoming you to discover the story of this wine and the latest updates. To accompany the tasting, we have selected an aged cave cheese (De' Magi) and two single origin chocolates (Gusto Top), specifically chosen to enhance the taste and olfactory notes of the wines.
