Vineyard Manzoni Bianco 1 Venda

A small plot of Manzoni Bianco shaped by the curves of Mount Venda, where the vine rows follow the slope along the ancient terraces of the Euganean Hills. This layout ensures excellent sun exposure and constant ventilation, but demands continuous care: between rocky outcrops and the passage of wildlife — wild boars especially — the work required is significant. In keeping with tradition, the trachytic boulders that emerge from the soil are gathered and stacked at the edge of the vineyards, within small groves where we have created shaded resting spots. In this location, the Manzoni Bianco finds its balance, yielding a wine that combines freshness, minerality and fullness.
