Manzoni Bianco

Vineyard Manzoni Bianco 3 Venda

Podere Venda is an open book on the agricultural traditions of the Euganean Hills. Among these, one can observe the "rittochino" cultivation method, which follows the hill's maximum slope. The rows are steep and strenuous to work: during harvest, it is necessary to brace the bucket against the vine to prevent it from rolling downhill. In this rugged terrain, however, the roots reach deep, finding vigor thanks to Mount Venda's typically abundant water reserves. The result is a Manzoni Bianco that surprises with the contrast between its dense, almost opulent structure and a bracing mineral finish.
