Manzoni Bianco
Vineyard Manzoni Bianco 2 Venda
Manzoni Bianco is a grape variety that expresses a strong, mineral character on the volcanic soils of the Euganean Hills. While it is true that in the 1980s, when we first introduced this grape, the wine was fresh and light, today’s climate changes demand much more careful management. The variety's natural propensity to accumulate sugars — and thus develop a significant alcohol content — now requires a skilled hand in both the vineyard and the cellar. Here on Mount Venda, thanks to the higher altitude, we are still able to find a harmonious balance, preserving freshness without sacrificing structure.
