Cinto Alto Estate
The Cinto Alto Estate is among the most evocative and historically rich places we cultivate. Isolated and ventilated, at an altitude of almost 200 metres, it gives us a Merlot which could find its perfect definition in the word “concentration”.

The Cinto Alto Estate , on the saddle of Mount Cinto, is located in an isolated, unspoilt natural environment where chestnut woods give way to Mediterranean scrub. Reaching the farm is not easy: the work team gathers in the valley and, with a single vehicle, climbs a bumpy dirt road up to that corner of peace that hosts our Merlot vineyard.
This grows in a soil mixture of trachyte and limestone, enriched with red flint. The soil is extremely arid, well exposed to the winds. The vines grow healthy in the total absence of agronomic intervention. Production is limited to 2-3000 bottles and the wine we obtain is very concentrated, extremely precious and long-lived.
