Vineyard Fior d'Arancio

The Fior d'Arancio vineyards in the Ca' Lustra Estate are excellent for producing sweet wines: we harvest healthy grapes and we leave them to dry in a fruit cellar for a couple of months, we obtain an intense juice, suitable for a slow maturation in oak barrels. This is how our Fior d'Arancio Passito is born.
