Pinella
Vineyard Pinella Butto
The "Buto" locality in Faedo owes its name to its "funnel-like shape", which promotes natural water runoff. In this plot, the soil is marly; the combination of the slope's gradient and the nature of the ground yields balanced grapes with good acidity and excellent savoriness. These pedoclimatic conditions are ideal for Pinella, a native variety of the Euganean Hills. The result is a white wine that combines freshness and lightness: a balance that is rare today and one we pursue with conviction.
