Walking by Faedo and Monte Brecale
Sunday September 23 at 3pm
Right during harvest time, on September 23, we celebrate the beginning of the autumn taking a walk into the heart of Euganean Hills. Crossing Faedo and going trough Mount Brecale’s trails, surrounded by fascinating cinder cones that are so important for our wine taste, which of course can be enjoyed at the end of the excursion. In fact, finally the day is concluding with some appetizers at Ca’ Lustra.
The walk lasts about 2 hours with a 6 kilometers (3.7 miles) itinerary.
The difficulty level is medium-easy and it’s recommended to couples, friends or family with children.
Schedule
When: Sunday September 23. Meeting with the guide at Ca’ Lustra at 3pm. Return to Ca’ Lustra at 5.30/6 pm. Wine tasting and appetizers to follow.
Where: Azienda Ca’ Lustra, Via San Pietro 50, Faedo di Cinto Euganeo (PD)
How to participate: excursion equipment needed: water, comfortable shoes, wind jacket and an umbrella in case it rains. If necessary an extra pair of shoes in case of mud.
In case it rains hard the guide could cancel the excursion and only the tasting will take place. Before coming please check for incoming alert messages about the cancellation.
How much: 15€ per person; 8-15 years old kids 10€; kids under 8 are free. The price includes the excursion with a skilled guide and the tasting at the winery.
In case it rains only the tasting will take place for 6€ per person.
The price can be paid directly at the meeting point before the start.
Reservations are going to be considered valid if they will have been made at the latest at 5pm on Saturday September 22.
The excursion is guaranteed for a minimum of 10 participants (in case of cancellation it will be notified by phone or e-mail).
