Manzoni Bianco tasting

We are proposing a series of wine tastings and this time we focused on “Manzoni Bianco”, a grape that was created in the ’30s in the school of oenology of Conegliano (TV) by Professor Luigi Manzoni, who crossed Riesling Renano and Pinot Bianco. It is a grape that changes its expression depending on soil, climate and altitude and here in teh Colli Euganei it expresses minerality and full body.
Therefore we decided to present at least 10 Manzoni Bianco from Veneto, Trentino and Alto Adige (these are the areas where it is mostly produced) to discover territories and how the wine changes.
Saturday 26 we will propose the following wines in our new tasting room:

Manzoni Bianco Peruzzet 2017 – Casa Roma (Piave – Veneto)
“Costa degli Angeli” Manzoni Bianco 2015 – Case Paolin (Montello – Veneto)
Manzoni Bianco 2016 – Gregoletto (Colli Trevigiani – Veneto)
“Forra” Manzoni Bianco 2016 – Lageder (Alto Adige)
Manzoni Bianco – Maso Furli (Trentino)
“Fontanasanta” Manzoni Bianco – Foradori (Trentino)
of course there will be our “Pedevenda” 2013 and 2016
…plus some surprises.
