The fair of good, clean and fair wines
For many years, Slow Wine - Slow Food, through projects and events, has highlighted the fundamental role of vineyard choices, sustainable practices and the desire to establish a more harmonious relationship with nature.
A wine that is good from an organoleptic perspective is not enough—it must also be clean, demonstrating producers' commitment to preserving the planet we live on rather than exploiting its resources. Moreover, it must be fair, ensuring no exploitation of natural resources or labor, while contributing to the development of the local community.
