Open Cellars returns to animate Ca’ Lustra: as tradition dictates, we look forward to welcoming you on the last Sunday of May to enjoy a day of wine, nature, and relaxation in the heart of the Euganean Hills.

WINE AND WINERY

We will set up a tasting counter featuring a selection of our wines: sparkling, white, red and sweet wines chosen from the Zanovello Selections and the experimental Author's Proofs line. Additionally, every hour we will open a different bottle from our Old Vintages no longer on the market.

Throughout the day, you can join guided winery tours and, upon request, take a walk through the vineyards to learn more about the varieties we cultivate and our production philosophy.

The wine shop will be open as usual from 9:30 am to 8:00 pm. Entry to the shop does not require participation in the event. Only during Cantine Aperte we offer a 10% discount on the purchase of at least 6 bottles, even mixed (Bag in Box and other ongoing promotions excluded).

FOOD PROPOSALS

Enhancing the experience, food proposals specially prepared by Gianni Calaon of Casa Penelope, multiple-time world champion in pizza making. For the day, expect not only tray pizza, but also crispy wafers and unusual sweet creations. Another strength of Gianni Calaon? Gluten-free pizzas baked separately: a gourmet experience suitable for all. Menu coming soon.

A reference in the world of leavened products, Gianni Calaon has made research on dough and raw materials his distinctive signature, delighting enthusiasts for over 30 years with original combinations. According to Gianni: “Pizza is first enjoyed with the eyes, with the nose and only then with the palate.” If you want to taste his creations again, you can find him in Padua at Rivoluzione Pizza.

• When: May 31, 2026, from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
• Entry: €15, including tasca, glass, and 4 wine coupons. No reservation required. Additional coupons available (€3 for 1, €10 for 4).
• Wines for tasting: selection of Zanovello wines and Prove d’Autore; every hour we will open an Old Vintage no longer on the market.
• Food offers: by Gianni Calaon, purchased separately during the event; gluten-free and other dietary options available.
• Winery tours: throughout the day, no reservation required.
• Wine shop: open 9:30 am – 8:00 pm.
