Open Cellars at Christmas Time

Open Cellars at Christmas Time: join us at Ca' Lustra on Sunday, December 8th, together with the Cooperative Il Glicine from Saonara (PD).

For over 25 years, the Cooperative Il Glicine has been providing dedicated services for individuals with disabilities, creating stimulating and rewarding projects aimed at promoting social inclusion and supporting families. Their activities include a residential facility, a day center and various work initiatives, such as greenhouse management, handicraft production and custom gifts like party favors. Recently, they have also opened a tourist venue with a restaurant, L’Insolito Posto, offering themed dinners, corporate events and banquets.

Our partnership with Il Glicine has been ongoing for several years through Rosso Vivo, a red wine described by Nelda, the Cooperative’s vice president, as “a wine with a heart of solidarity.” The bottle symbolizes the shared spirit of Ca’ Lustra and Il Glicine.

This year, we are strengthening this bond. At Open Cellars at Christmas Time, you will have the chance to meet the Cooperative’s team and some of the people they support. Discover their projects, purchase meaningful gifts and sample some of their products. Their offerings include ceramics, baskets, papier-mâché notebooks, finely crafted handmade items, greeting cards, artisanal panettone, jams and much more—all available for one day at Ca’ Lustra.

Naturally, our wines will be there to delight your palate. Our shop will be open all day long, you can sample and purchase wines with guidance from our team. We will be happy to help you select holiday gifts, curated gift boxes and festive packaging.

For this occasion, we are introducing a special pairing: Il Glicine’s Panettondoro with your choice of a glass of Zanovello sweet wine.

Guided tastings: at 10:30 AM and 3:30 PM (reservation is required)
No reservation is needed to attend the event and there is no entrance fee. Purchases and tastings will be charged separately.
