HARVEST TIME OPEN CELLARS

From 10.30 till 19.30
Harvest time is perhaps the most intense period of work for vignerons, with early-morning risings, efforts in the sun, hours spent in the cellar.
But hospitality is an important value for us and we decided to enjoy some hours with you.
Therefore here we are with an original proposals for “Cantine Aperte in Vendemmia” (open cellars during harvest time).
By Ca’ Lustra’s forecourt you will find:
TASTING OF CA’ LUSTRA – ZANOVELLO WINES
From 10.30 the tasting of all Ca’ Lustra – Zanovello wines will be offered to you. You can purchase a glass wine with pouch for 7 euros, booking not required.
Vertical tastings of Olivetani and Aganoor
From 17.30 till 19.30 Franco Zanovello will guide you into the tasting of two original verticals, one of Bianco Olivetani and the other one of Aganoor Rosé. You will appreciate structured and evolved white and rosé wines, discovering how they improve over time.
Booking required, limited places.
8 euros per person, both vertical tastings included.
GUIDED VISITS TO THE VINEYARDS AND TO THE CELLAR
From 10.30 till 16 guided visits to the vineyards.
From 16 till 17.30 guided visits to the cellar.
Guided tours are free.
You will forgive us for short visit times and eventual disorders, but as you know we do not stop working during harvest time.
FOOD TRUCK NAUTILUS FISH & WINE
From 11.30 till 19.30 Nautilus will delight us with appealing foodie proposals.
Nautilus is a food truck born by the dream of Renato and Lucia, respectively ex-manager and ex-company secretary; their passion for high quality products and fish cuisine made them change life habits. They are enjoying this new activity and for this occasion they will propose:
Typical “cicchetti” (teensy weensy dishes)
Baccalà mantecato su crostino di polenta – Salt cod over polenta toast
Baccalà alla Vicentina – Vicenza’s salt cod
Schie su lettino di polenta morbida – Little shrimps over soft corn mush
Sarde in Saor alla Veneziana – Venetian sardines
Insalata di polpo – Octopus salad
Vellutata di patate e porro con gamberi saltati alla mentuccia – Velvet potatoes soup with minty shrimps
Conetti di verdure pastellate e sfiziosità fritte – Battered veggies and other fried specialties
With no fewer than 10 kinds of fish, reduced gluten content, into two versions:
Cono di frittura – Fried fish
Piatto Imperiale con cono di frittura mista, verdure pastellate, patate fritte e polenta – Imperial dish with a mixture of fried fish, battered veggies, french fries and corn mush.
AND FOR ART LOVERS…
During all the day the young artist Yvette Umilietti will expose some of her artworks and will entertain you drowing with wine. Therefore wine will find another way to defy time and tickle your senses.
