Who says that pizza and wine don’t match well together? We’re gonna prove the opposite.
Here we go figuring out a dinner marked by unusual tasty combinations. “Il Solista del Gusto”, gourmet pizzeria, is going to make six kinds of pizza to be paired with four of our wines. All this in a wonderful place like “Agriturismo Podere Villa Alessi”, in Cinto Euganeo.

At the arrival is going to be served a welcome aperitif with Villa Alessi’s Serprino wine.

Colli Euganei Bianco Olivetani & “Al contadino non far sapere”
Pizza with fiordilatte, cloves caramelized pears, Monte Veronese “La Casara” cheese, baked arista (pork loin)

Colli Euganei Bianco Olivetani & “La strana coppia”
Pizza with fiordilatte, basil baked eggplant, cocoa olives pesto, coppa veneta (venetian pork neck)

Rosato Aganoor & “Fuga d’amore”
Pizza with San Marzano tomatoes, fiordilatte, scarole, Caciocavallo cheese, pepperoni, roasted almonds

Rosso Calustrino & “Didymos”
Pizza with San Marzano tomatoes, fiordilatte, garlic, kalamata olives, anchovies, yellow cherry tomatoes, Salina’s capers, basil.
