Chef’s Table with the Euganean and Berici Hills female winemakers

The innovative project “Ch.iT – Chef’s Table” was born on April 2018 with the purpose of relating wine to authentic recipes of our territory. The project involves 5 young and enterprising chefs and the group “Un tocco al Vino”, young women that are key figures in some of the wineries in the Euganean and Berici Hills. This new synergy will delight you during 5 different event nights: each evening each chef will prepare one of the 5 dishes of the menu, that will be matched with the wines of 2 or 3 “wine ladies” for a complete sensory experience.
On July 2 the wines of Ca’ Lustra, Dal Maso and Quota 101 will await you at La Posa degli Agri, Polverara, for a creative dinner. The chef Andrea Bozzato, with the colleagues from the other restaurants, will propose exclusive dishes to be paired with the wines of the three wine companies.

Monday June 4: Corteverdechiara (Corezzola) – chef Paolo Giraldo with the wines of Il Pianzio, Ca’ della Vigna and Antichi Reassi
Monday June 18: Radici (Padova) – chef Andrea Valentinetti with the wines of Punto Zero and Ca’ Rovere
Monday July 2: La Posa degli Agri (Polverara) – chef Andrea Bozzato with the wines of Ca’ Lustra, Dal Maso and Quota 101
Monday July 16: Sabbia e Sale (Isola Verde) – chef Roberto Zanca with the wines of Cantina Terra Felice and Az. Agr. Nevio Scala
Monday 5th september: Final event on Sabbia e Sale (Isola Verde) – chef Zanca and all the winemakers women.
